The app allows users to learn more about acrylic fiber and acrylic fiber processing, the company said in a press release.
“Technical service is one of our differentiated offers which is invaluable for our customers. The Fabricology application offers video lessons from our technical teams explaining the best practices and challenges of the different stages of spinning. It is also a place where users can share ideas and ask questions with our teams because we do not want the pandemic to be an obstacle to this precious interaction ”, said Thomas Varghese, Business Manager – Textiles, Aditya Birla Group.
Fabricology users can take short online video courses and receive points and certificates for them, and ask questions directly through the app. In addition, they can have access to information on TAF specialty fibers, product specifications, TAF newsletters and the latest TAF innovations at their fingertips.
The app is published in English, but will soon be available in all languages of the countries where TAF customers are based. Fabricology is available for free for Android and IOS.
